Round trips are calculated with a standard minimum billing metric of 250 KM per day. The final invoice includes total physical distance, daily driver allowance, and any wait duration charges.

How are hourly rentals computed?

Local hourly packages are structured with predefined duration blocks (e.g., 3 Hours with 30 KM included). Additional hours and extra distance are billed separately at standard flat rates.

How is the driver allowance calculated?

Driver allowance is structured as a daily charge to cover meals and accommodation during multi-day or long-distance travel. Night driving carries an additional surcharge.

Cancellation Timeframes

• Cancellations requested up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a complete (100%) refund without penalties.

• Cancellations requested within 12 to 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a nominal cancellation charge representing up to 10% of the calculated base fare.

• Same-day cancellations requested less than 12 hours prior to dispatch incur driver allocation overheads. A standard driver mobilization fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Refund Execution

All eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking clearance times.

• Calculated rates are based on GPS estimations. Deviations or additional detours requested during travel are subject to direct mileage adjustments at standard rates.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are directly responsible for settling physical tolls, municipal boundary entry permits, and terminal parking receipts at actual rates during travel.

• Luggage limits must align with selected vehicle capacity restrictions (Sedan vs SUV) to ensure safe operational weights.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from transportation agreements are subject to arbitration and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
